Returns Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days, with the possibility of obtaining a full refund within the first 10 days after purchase, excluding shipping costs. After this initial period, and up to day 30 from the date of purchase, a 25% restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete the return process. It is important to note that returns should not be sent back.

There are specific circumstances in which partial refunds are granted:

– If the returned item is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– If the item is returned more than 10 days after delivery, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Refunds are handled as follows:

Items on sale are non-refundable; only regular-priced items are eligible for returns.

The return shipping of products must be done to the same address mentioned above. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and in the case of receiving a refund, this amount will be deducted from the total.

Depending on the customer’s location, the estimated time to receive the exchanged product may vary. For items valued over $75, it is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking or purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safety of the package. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without proper shipment tracking.
