Items on sale are non-refundable; only regular-priced items are eligible for returns.

The return shipping of products must be done to the same address mentioned above. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and in the case of receiving a refund, this amount will be deducted from the total.

Depending on the customer’s location, the estimated time to receive the exchanged product may vary. For items valued over $75, it is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking or purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safety of the package.
