The Warehouse Relocation Process

• Take inventory and assess the current racking system
• Create a new design and racking layout for the new space
• Incorporate existing customer racking into the new layout. Add new or used racking as needed.
• Develop a detailed game plan and timeline with the customer for rack dismantling
• Deliver and install new racking so the customer can begin moving product and clearing existing racking
• Dismantle, band, palletize, and transport the customer’s existing racking to the new facility
• Install the relocated racking
